High-quality 3D printing demands specific technical care; thus, refund requests might be denied if the original project files were inaccurate or misleading. For laser-etched metal items, be aware that oxidation may occur if the surface is not treated with proper sealants or oils. We relinquish responsibility for metal condition once the engraving is complete. Our digital design and printing processes involve specialized software; we fix hardware defects via recalibration, but we cannot warrant that colors or details will look identical on every individual screen. Please be advised that AI-integrated software might be leveraged during the design, setup, or manufacturing phases of your custom project.
